Service fees

Glara Sport OÜ charges a service fee for successfully completed sales transactions for the use of the Platform. The service fee is paid by the Seller.

The service fee is not added to the Buyer as a separate additional charge. The Buyer pays the purchase amount displayed on the Platform and Glara Sport deducts the service fee from the payment made to the Seller.

Glara Sport OÜ issues an electronic invoice to the Seller for the service fee. The invoice is made available to the Seller on the Platform.

The service fee consists of two parts:

• percentage-based fee: 5% of the price of the item sold;
• fixed fee: 0,70 € per sale transaction.

The applicable service fee is calculated as follows:

Service fee = item price × 5% + 0,70 €

The service fee is calculated from the price of the item sold. The service fee is not calculated from the delivery fee, unless clearly stated otherwise on the Platform.

The service fee and the payment to the Seller are rounded to the nearest cent.

The service fee applicable to the sale advertisement is calculated and fixed at the time of publication of the advertisement, based on the service fee formula valid at the time of publication and the price of the item determined by the Seller. A subsequent change in the service fee does not affect the payment to the Seller for an item already published.

The service fee is calculated if the sale transaction made through the Platform is completed and the purchase amount is payable to the Seller.

If the order is cancelled due to non-delivery of the item, if it is established that the goods did not reach the Buyer, or if the order is cancelled based on a justified claim set forth in the Terms of Use, the purchase amount will be refunded to the Buyer in accordance with the Terms of Use. In this case, the Platform service fee may be borne by the Seller in accordance with the procedure set out in the user terms.
